Liability Waiver & Release

This Liability Waiver & Release applies to all participants enrolled in sewing classes, workshops and events hosted by My7Zebras in Lewiston, Idaho, including both adult and minor participants.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that sewing classes involve the use of sewing machines, needles, pins, scissors, rotary cutters, irons, and electrical equipment that may result in injury. I knowingly and voluntarily assume risks associated with participation.

Release of Liability

I agree that My7Zebras, it's owner, instructors, employees, and representatives shall not be held liable for any personal injury, accident, illness, or loss arising from participation, to the fullest extent permitted by Idaho law.

Personal Property & Equipment

Participants who bring personal sewing machines or equipment do so at their own risk. My7Zebras is not responsible for damage, loss, or malfunction of personal property.

Minors

If the participant is under 18 years of age, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and consent to participation and agree to this Waiver on behalf of myself and my child.

Acknowledgment & Governing Law

I have read and understand this waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms. This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the state of Idaho.
